We Aid Initiative was founded by Barr. Gambo Yakubu Wakili and is registered as a Nigerian civil-society organisation operating from Bauchi State and working nationally.

Our mission is to galvanize stakeholder commitment and action towards achieving the Sustainable Development GoalsManufa (SDGs) in Africa, through advocacy, community projects and partnerships that create sustainable impact.

Our seven focus areas are Governance, Human Rights, Inclusion, Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Health Care, and Education and Entrepreneurship — each anchored in our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Gambo (Yakubu) Wakili is a lawyer and policy practitioner with a niche in International Human Rights Law, Governance and Gender Rights Protection. She is a Senior Associate at Law Corridor, Abuja, and an alumna of the UNODC Youth Forum.Gambo (Yakubu) Wakili lauya ce kuma masaniyar manufofi tare da kwarewa a Dokar Haƙƙin Dan Adam ta Duniya, Shugabanci da Kariyar Hakkin Jinsi.
